My country is very much living in the 21st century as I've lived there myself for years and seeing the lifestyle I have here allows me to make a better judgement than anyone else can, including you. If you had the basic ability to read and fully comrehend, you'd see my comment where I said small countries (hence small population) make military service mandatory as the # of willing men that are willing to serve are not enough and would result in the country losing against other countries during any battle easily, losing their independence being one of the worst things they could be facing. Fucking idiot.
