I sent the “never done it with a white woman” to my lawyer and he is preparing a statement for me to release to you which will cover my ass from lying to you…. You know tell the truth but really not the truth… Also albino chicks don’t count as white right??? Well they shouldn’t!

But if I did happen to ‘hook up’ [such a broad term] with white women it was part of my reparations due to me from slavery days…. Oh wait my lawyer is telling me to hush right now.

Fair enough!! heheh. last thing i need is for people to think i'm a mental case for calling them blurry on the street.

Haven't had the "basic vocabulary" lesson with my croatian friend yet.. from his perspective, he just thinks i should work on the accented english ( i have a weird knack for accents). so when you write out the word for cheers, i'm not sure how it's pronounced (what do the accent marks do in terms of pronunciation)..... can you write it out phonetically? cuz surely "cheers" will be a handy thing to know. followed by "excuse me, which way to the toilet?". :)

exams in the summer?!? that's not cheerful at all. :( sorry that we won't be able to meet up some place then. what's the focus of your studies, that are keeping you occupied this summer?

i think the dates we're floating around dalmatia are aug 11 thru 18... and in Suisse for a few days before that.

a croation phrase i need to learn: "blurry or not, it would be impossible to miss you in a crowd".

I guess in my heart i know my age isn't that old :) just feels that way sometimes, as time seems to fly by faster these days.

so what do you do in those periods of time when you aren't hopping up and down the coast?

Hey there. thanks for the tips. so my friend (who's an aussie, but of croatian ancestry) has rented a place for a bunch of us in dubrovnik near the old town. it looks like we won't make it to split, which is too bad, because i kind of wanted to check it out.

but because we're further south, might make a day trip to check out parts of montenegro. but spending a week based in dubrovnik. ideally i wanted to get a place on Vis, and chill out and ferry in to wherever we needed to go, but being in town will be pretty great i think. convenient.

so it looks like i'll miss you in split. but I'm getting old anyway :( 33 years in fact!

i'll have to think of some phrases that i want to know...but i'll be sure to ask you soon!

so my trip is on! still not certain where we are renting a villa (vis, hvar, maybe dubrovnik riviera... any opinion?) but some essential croatian phrases will be in order. :)

definitely want to check out the palace in split, and maybe make a day trip to mostar in bosnia. mostly, chilling out, getting out, have a few drinks, take a few pics. any other "site" that is a must see in dalmatia?
