Q: What do you think is a big issue teens have to face today?

Sophia: There are so many. They attack celebrities on blogs and teenagers are attacking each other on MySpace. There is so much negativity around, especially for young women. They're so competitive. You just hope they'll learn to love themselves for what they are. Embrace yourself. I'd like to see press outlets doing stories on women of all types. Sophia Anna Bush (born July 8, 1982) is an American actress. She is perhaps best known for her role as Brooke Davis in the CW series One Tree Hill and for portraying Grace Andrews in the horror remake The Hitcher.

Bush is also starring in the film Table for Three, which is set to have a late 2008 release. The story centers on a suddenly single young man, Scott Teller (Brandon Routh), who invites a "perfect couple," Mary and Ryan (Bush and Jesse Bradford), to share his large apartment. “Always having fun with it,” the actress, 25, tells me. “Putting on something that makes you feel great, whether you’re in the mood to be casual and throw on jeans and a v-neck t-shirt, or you want to get done up and put on a dress and the heels and throw the hair up in bobby pins. Regardless of what it is, you’ve gotta feel good. If other people are pushing you into fashion decisions, I don’t think that’s the way to go. That’s why I generally choose to dress myself.”

What makes her feel comfortable?

“What makes me feel most comfortable is feeling like I’ve been taking care of my body. Having healthy skin is just as crucial as having the big white smile. I load up on my antioxidants, drinking green tea and taking my Omega 3 fish oils.” Source
