Here's all the things we may have forgotten about old school Paula...
Paula Julie Abdul (born June 19, 1962) is an American, multi-platinum selling, Grammy Award-winning singer, dancer, television personality, jewelry designer, actress, and Emmy Award-winning choreographer. Married to Emilio Estevez between 1992-1994, she is the former daughter-in-law of actor Martin Sheen.
In the 1970s, Abdul rose from being a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Lakers NBA basketball team to being a sought-after choreographer at the height of the music video era, then to being a Pop-R&B singer with a string of hits in the late-1980s and early-1990s.[2] After her initial period of success, she suffered a series of setbacks in her professional and personal life, until she found renewed fame and success in the 2000s as a judge on the television series, American Idol. A new album by Abdul is reportedly set to be released in mid-2008. [Wiki]

Miley Cyrus @ Idol Gives Back 2008

How has Miley never watched American Idol?!
Teen sensation Miley Cyrus has never watched American Idol, and the first time she does so could be to see herself perform on it, during Idol Gives Back, the second special episode of the reality series that airs on Wednesday night, April 9.
"I've never seen a single episode... Ever," the Hannah Montana confessed to OK! during the taping of Idol Gives Back Sunday night, April 6.
"I think it's something you have to really get into from the beginning and I just don't have time!" she laments.
The 15-year-old singer, actress, style icon and role model, who is continuing her studies using a private tutor, doesn't get much time to watch TV.
"I did vote for Dancing With the Stars," she says, but only because her father, country superstar Billy Ray Cyrus, was a contestant during that season. [SAWF]

Did David Spade get a Piece of Fergie After Idol Gives Back 2008?
Posted on Monday, April 7th, 2008 @ 12:31pm by Moelicious

In a recent interview w/ Glamour, Fergie drops a lot dietary secrets & juicy hints of things to come. From doing yummy vinegar shots to wedding bells, here's a brief excerpt of the interview...
GLAMOUR: As an entertainer, your body is a part of your business. Is that stressful, or does it help keep you motivated?
FERGIE: It's a good thing; I like to keep myself in check. Because everybody goes overboard once in a while. I learned a lot of lessons. A lot. Just by...
GLAMOUR: ...eating too much?
FERGIE: Doing everything too much! But I have learned more and more to enjoy my body when I have a few extra pounds on, just being more voluptuous.
GLAMOUR: Do you ever have fat days?
FERGIE: You just have to know what looks good on you. I say, focus on the body part that you feel most comfortable about. My legs don't change much so a good look for me is a short black dress with long sleeves. If you see me in that, you know I've gained a few pounds, which is fine.
GLAMOUR: That's good advice. Health-wise, is there anything else you do?
FERGIE: I do vinegar shots. It has to be organic apple cider, unfiltered.
GLAMOUR: You do a shot of it?
FERGIE: Two tablespoons. For some reason I've noticed a difference on my stomach. I just trusted [my trainer] on this one. I'm sharing. I'm all about sharing secrets. [Fergie's trainer, Natasha Kufa, told Glamour that she believes vinegar shots flush out fats in the colon, which helps the body digest food and gets rid of cravings.]
GLAMOUR: Speaking of secrets, do you think you'll have the wedding soon?
FERGIE: I can't tell details. [Interview Source: Dutchess Fergie]
