Elizabeth Berkley working with MTV to develop a new reality show
"She does these workshops around the country with teen girls and gets them to really open up about self-esteem and body issues," Amy Bailey – MTV's vice president of development News & Documentaries – told Hollywood Reporter. "We had been looking for a program that tackled the same issues, so it seemed like a perfect match."

Berkley, 35, developed the Ask-Elizabeth workshops with her husband Greg Lauren (nephew of designer Ralph Lauren), and has been conducting them with schools and youth groups for more than two years. Source

Elizabeth Berkley will debut Thursday night as host of Bravo’s reality show “Step It Up & Dance,” joined by acclaimed choreographer Jerry Mitchell, who will mentor 12 dancers from across the country who compete to become… the next top dancer.

The network promises that the competition will turn “fierce,” as the dancers will audition for a range of parts, designed to showcase their versatility and moves. The show will end with only one contestant receiving the final “call back” and the chance to perform, with the ultimate dancer winning $100,000. Source
