If you thought the soft-porn image of Disney teen queen Miley Cyrus -- wearing nothing but ruby-stained lips and a bedsheet -- in Vanity Fair magazine was disturbing, you ain't seen nothing yet.

Pop diva Beyonce Knowles, 27, and her fashion designer mother have launched a girls clothing line that makes Miley's bare-backed glam session look like a Shirley Temple photo shoot.

The Knowles' family business, "House of Dereon," recently published advertisements for its "Dereon Girls Collection" with young models who look no older than my second-grade daughter. They are seductively posed and tarted up, JonBenet Ramsey-style, with bright lipstick, blush and face powder. Draped in bling, several of the girls sport leather jackets and studded accessories. The big story in Beyonce Land is her sweet ass pre-nup with Jay-Z. Here's The National Enquirer with the dirty details...

The prenup calls for Jay Z to pay Beyonce $10 million if the marriage ends after 2 years, and $1 million a year for each further year she remains in the marriage, up to 15 years ...

He promised to pay her an additional $5 million for each child she bears for him - for her loss of income during the pregnancy and child rearing years ...

And Beyonce would be granted access to their private jet and fleet of cars, which includes a $1 million 1959 Rolls-Royce convertible. [National Enquirer]

These were snapped @ the opening of Jay-Z's 40/40 Club at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas

A couple days back, reports surfaced that Jay-Z's pimped-out nightclub didn't have meet Vegas healthy & safety codes after failing some building inspections, but it appears the club will be open for biz for the big New Year's Eve bash set to go down w/ big name stars later tonight.

Bey arrived with her younger sister SOLANGE and the two made for quite a sight on the red carpet.

An onlooker said: "Beyonce and Solange lit up the room.

"It's clear the good looks run in the family."

The big man himself arrived in style, wearing a fitted three-piece suit with cool shades to complete the look. [The Sun]
