Lindsay Lohan to write a song with Sam Sparro
AUSSIE singer-songwriter Sam Sparro is set to work with Lindsay Lohan after being recommended by producer Mark Ronson - brother of Lohan's alleged girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

"Working with Lindsay is an interesting proposition. I've always been a big fan and I think she's cool," said Sparro, currently riding high on the music charts with his single Black and Gold.

"I'll be heading over to Los Angeles and New York in a couple of weeks to start writing for Lindsay and a few other artists. I'm really excited." Source

Heigl acted like amateur over Emmys

There's nothing more annoying than a sore winner.

Katherine Heigl of "Grey's Anatomy" told the Los Angeles Times the other day that she has withdrawn her name from Emmy consideration, explaining, "I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination and in an effort to maintain the integrity of the academy organization, I withdrew my name from contention."

Katherine Heigl tipped to leave Grey's Anatomy

Katherine Heigl is considering leaving hit US TV show Grey's Anatomy to concentrate on her film career, it has been claimed.
The 29-year-old actress - who has found success in romantic comedies Knocked Up and 27 Dresses - is said to be keen to end her contract with the medical drama to focus entirely on movies.
A source close to the actress said: “She's working really long hours and is ready to move on. She’s a smart one.
"She saw what can happen with someone like Jennifer Aniston, who was crazy successful on TV, but can’t seem to carry a film, and she tested the waters early." [Stuff]
