Denver, natch, was the place to be last week if you were looking for our fave kind of Star Spangled Banner. Seriously, the Democratic National Convention was like shopping on Roberston Boulevard on a Saturday. Obama pulled A-listers like Susan Sarandon, Kanye West, Matthew McConaughey, Justin Timberlake and Oprah Winfrey—just to name a few.

Let's just hope these starry salutes don't backfire on the historic candidate, but what with Jed and Elly May Clampett running against him, don't think that's too much of a prob. [E! Online]

As most of you know, Christina unveiled her latest contribution to modern society earlier this week: A new perfume called Inspire. Here's what she wore to the event.

After you've successfully caked on five pounds of makeup on your face, you can now spray yourself with Inspire to smell like Christina, as well. Since Christina likes to overdo everything, make sure you use the entire bottle in one sitting.

These pics were snapped yesterday as the couple departed their NYC hotel with baby Max in hand (or at least a replica of baby Max).

Elizabeth Hurley has perfected the art of red carpet glamour.

But even she succumbed to the lure of the free bar at last night's star-studded GQ Men of the Year awards and left the event looking uncharacteristically worse for wear.

The 43-year-old former actress arrived earlier looking her usual groomed to within an inch of her life self.

However, by the time she was seen leaving the bash at the Royal Opera House, she was holding her head in her hands, and sat slightly slumped in her chauffeur driven car. [Daily Mail]
