Christi Shake (born August 22, 1980 in the Sparrows Point/Essex area of Baltimore, Maryland) is an American model and actress. She is of Czech, German, Polish, Swedish and Dutch ancestry.[3] Shake was chosen as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for May, 2002. She has since appeared in numerous Playboy videos, special edition issues and - in July 2006 - posed for a "Playmate Xtra" as part of the Playboy Cyber Club.
