Elijah Wood & (movie studio-hired) girlfriend Pamela Racine had lunch at the Moroccan-French L'Orange Bleue Cafe in NYC before walking their cute lil' accessory puppies.

So, are these two really getting it on or is Pamela just a front?! I'm speculating only because I'm a little shocked & envious at Elijah's position. Bastard.
