Shes definitely had something done, maybe not her boobs but something(s). I like her look naturally but not with all the whore make-up and she is VERY thick and as seen from Dancing With Stars, shes way too into her looks. I think shes more concerned with how she appears than how she performs. No effort whatsoever, her partner was dancing at a fast pace and she was like a fat, lazy uncoordinated 8 year old. The whole show itself (my first time watching it) is pretty bad. They show them practicing but I doubt they do for more than a few hours, they all really suck (except Brooke Burke and her partner). Anyway, Kim is HORRIBLE !!! She could have changed a lot of opinions about her if she showed some talent/passion/energy instead she proved shes a talent-less, superficial spoiled girl. Unfortunately only good to look at (not that thats a bad thing) but not much else.

I d say she is about 15 or 16 here and her nose is much wider than her ''new'' 14 yrs old photo with boobs and a nose. So she most likely had her nose done more than once. And that photo in white swinsuit is not at 14, more like at 19 or 20. Her nose and her boobs are definitely done. Look at the telltale cantaloup roundness of her breasts. Yet they are spread appart. I believe her, because I have that exact same type of body... I wore my first bra at 8 and when I was ten I also had a C cup (my first underwire bra was a 34C people)... and the huge, shelf-like ass is also natural, implants don't look anywhere near as good as that, they don't mesh that well with the rest of the body, they just look separated the same way crappy silicone boobs do... I have that same type of ass, and believe me, I'm used to the jokes... when I was little, people would ask my mom if I wore diapers under my pants/dresses!!

And yeah, I've seen some fake asses - mostly on South American babes, who I guess are under more pressure than the rest of the world to have the bundas - and the most perfect examples were way obvious. It's not the size of the ass in question, that gives it away, but instead, how it blends into the thighs... especially on the sides. I haven't seen a fake set of bunz, implanted or injected, that could pass that test.
