Are you kidding? She's only been governor for 2 years of a rural state with only 300,000 people. Educated? are you kidding? She went to 5 colleges in 6 years (I bet she kept trying until she found the least serious college with the easiest teachers and system) to get a degree in Journalism. Anyone can get a bachelors in journalism, that doesn't make her qualified to be president.
Obama went to Harvard and graduated at the top of his class and got a degree in Law. He worked in a law firm for a few years, was a community organizer, and was a professor before making it to the Illinois senate in 1997. He was in the illinois senate from 1997 - 2004 and then in the U.S. senate from 2004 to present. That's 8 years of political experience and add a few more years of experience as working as a lawyer. I believe a harvard graduate Lawyer is more educated and knows more about politics than a journalist...
Palin hasn't done shit. She's a liar. Everything she's said is a lie or an exaggeration. And will somebody tell me why she has yet to give a candid interview?? Obama and Biden have given plenty. She won't allow reporters to interview her because she is afraid, she knows she has nothing intelligent to say and can't come up with bullshit on the spot.
Obama-Biden have more experience combined than McCain-Palin.
I'm not even going to get into Biden's experience, research it for yourself. But he has even more experience than John McCain. He's been in the senate longer and he is the chairman of the foreign relations committee.
Someone has got to be a complete idiot to vote for someone like McCain and his Prostitute Palin who believe life begins at conception, are against sex education (when sex education would prevent teen pregnancies, like Palin's daughter), want to continue the war and are delusional enough to believe "victory is in sight", want a small government that doesn't help anyone, and can't stop bringing up their bullshit religion into everything.

Obama won the nomination by organizing a hell of a team and beating a powerful political couple. He's shown an ability to put together a team, which is essential for a President. Plus he's a highly-intelligent Harvard grad. I know you Republicans prefer to elect the person you most want at your BBQ, but I prefer someone who's smart (what you call "elite").

I think they should ban all guns. They are unnecessary. Its not legal to keep a loaded weapon in the house or to carry one with you around the city, so what's the point? I lived in the woods in Pennsylvania for 8 years. When the dear or bear populations get to large they start starving.
It's a product of humans. We cut off their land and we therefore have to thin their herd for them too. It's not pretty, but it is a reality.

We didn't start this country by eating tofu and munchin on carrots. We hunted for our food and its part of the natural order of things. As far as gun control. Gimme a break, take away the guns so only the bad guys have them, great idea.

We also enslaved blacks, were sexist, etc etc. It's a primitive thing, it doesn't matter what happened in the past. People learn, grow, and modernize. The world changes, you know...
Besides, most people hunt as a SPORT, not for food. Okay, go kill a wild pig if you're starving and have no other options, but don't go and kills animals just to stuff them or put their heads on your living room walls.
One of Sarah Palin's favorite past times is hunting, and most "rednecks" are the same. And you can honestly tell me that's not primitive and cruel? Killing animals for fun?

Couric: You’ve said, quote, “John McCain will reform the way Wall Street does business.” Other than supporting stricter regulations of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac two years ago, can you give us any more example of his leading the charge for more oversight?
Palin: I think that the example that you just cited, with his warnings two years ago about Fannie and Freddie - that, that’s paramount. That’s more than a heck of a lot of other senators and representatives did for us.
Couric: But he’s been in Congress for 26 years. He’s been chairman of the powerful Commerce Committee. And he has almost always sided with less regulation, not more.
Palin: He’s also known as the maverick though, taking shots from his own party, and certainly taking shots from the other party. Trying to get people to understand what he’s been talking about - the need to reform government.
Couric: But can you give me any other concrete examples? Because I know you’ve said Barack Obama is a lot of talk and no action. Can you give me any other examples in his 26 years of John McCain truly taking a stand on this?
Palin: I can give you examples of things that John McCain has done, that has shown his foresight, his pragmatism, and his leadership abilities. And that is what America needs today.
Couric: I’m just going to ask you one more time - not to belabor the point. Specific examples in his 26 years of pushing for more regulation.
Palin: I’ll try to find you some and I’ll bring them to you.
