She's always had thick legs. It's not that they're fat, they're just naturally larger (thicker bones/more muscle). Even when she was anorexic thin, her legs were still big in comparison (calves and thighs).

Its actually called "Confessions of a teenage drama queen".
I saw that a few years ago. I believe it came out in 2004? I was about 14 at the time and I thought it sucked. I remember thinking that Megan Fox was really bitchy looking, though.
