Well, some small boobs have better cleavage than others. It's not just about the breasts' overall volume but also about the shape of the breasts and how they align up. Adriana has always had a pretty good cleavage despite having small-medium breasts and here's she's showing it off a little bit (and yes, she's probably wearing a nice bra to highlight it even more...)

Good point. Yes, heels "artifically" elongate a woman's legs and make her feet curvier than when in a natural state. It just looks like Adriana used a whole roll of duct tape or something to push her boobs up that high. The woman is perfect and I was trying to find a flaw and the only thing I could come up with was the artifical cleavage, as weak as it may be.

Shape-wise I think her mouth is really beautiful but I agree she sometimes (there it was again) does weird things with it, especially when she tries to speak English. She seems to have a very "soft" nose so when she smiles really broadly it stretches out and sometimes (again) looks bigger than it is, but actually it's not that big (see the picture with Marko lol). She doesn't have a lot of cheek bone so for someone who prefers that classical look with really high and defined cheek bones, she's obviously not first choice and her face is a little more "meaty" and less oval than when she was younger. But her eyes, her eyes are simply out of this world. Although there are many women with beautiful eyes, I don't think I've ever seen eyes so seductive and alluring. I think this eye color is what some refer to as "blue-green hazel". So it's mixture of different colors. That's why sometimes she looks blue-eyed while other times she looks green-eyed. It kinda depends on the lighting / surroundings making one color more dominant than the other. Also, if you pay really close attention, her left eye is slightly more blue while her right eye is slightly more green so that also helps create the illusion of her eyes changing colors.
