Not all women look like that after childbirth. She must be one of those women that thinks she can eat anything she wants and gain 80 lbs and expect to go back down to a size 2 after delivering. You can't do that. Or, she's constantly picking off her kids' plates because she doesn't want to waste anything. Throw that crap in the trash.
It's a combination of things: I'm more inclined to believe the stories that her thyroid is shot (probably because of an eating disorder when she was on TV) and her age--she'll be 45 this year..menopause is likely in full swing--isn't helping. Old pictures of her show she's got boobs and ass, so I don't think she was ever waif-y, even if she was tall.
There are celebrity women that "bounce back" fast after pregnancy, like Heidi Klum, but she's a full decade younger than this woman. They're also eating as little as they can get away with and on crash exercise/diet/plastic surgery plans as soon as they can move around again.
I saw the bikini pictures. She's big, but not "sloppy" (like a Beth Ditto or pre-surgery Star Jones), so I don't think she's just eating herself in to oblivion, ass-fixed to a couch.
