Sweetie they're models, thats what they do, some are more shameless than others. Many celebrities have their people "rat them out" to the paparazzi, or others choose to frequent establishments that have a hotline to Page Six, while other's avoid those places. Actually Lima has avoided those places in the past more than others. People who manage places like lounges and restaurants frequently will get a heads up, we want press, or keep it quiet. Like for a while Gisele was mentioned every week at Extra Virgin which is a small local place with a limited menu, I've been by there numerous times, never a paparazzi in sight, but somehow they were waiting for her there? Also, owners will do this to get exposure, but if they repeat its likely the celeb is friendly with them trying to help them out.
And let's not even get into all the paid appearances that are passed off as the person just hanging out. How do you think the D-list survives?

I used to get random women's catalogs in the mail but I always threw them away but that one time she looked so beautiful and sexy on that cover I HAD to look inside. I looked through the entire catalogue and saw her photos and was intrigued by her beauty, sex appeal, and exoticism.

By the way, I think Marko Jaris and Adriana Lima make the cutest couple.
