Beckinsale Body Doubled Not by Kate"The claims appearing on the Internet today that Kate Beckinsale requested a body double for filming Whiteout are absolutely untrue," the studio said. "As is standard practice on many movies, a body double was hired for several scenes by the production and not at the request of Kate Beckinsale."
Producer Susan Downey also chimed in: "Kate Beckinsale made no request for a body double for this production.'"
The rumor began making the rounds after the Mail on Sunday published an article claiming Beckinsale forced producers to shell out $2,000 per day for a double to protect her modesty. E! Online

Everyone takes bad pictures once in a while. Kate has a better face shape than Adriana has nowadays and it's possible that she looks better in candid photos. Models are usually chosen for their extraordinary features which means that with the right make-up their features really pop and make them look extra stunning. Kate is a very pretty girl, but her look is rather traditional and ultimately boring. I like people with strong and slightly unusual features, hence why I'm also hot on Angelina Jolie and Cindy Crawford. Kate when she's looking her best doesn't do much for me. Sure, she's pretty but she doesn't suck me in. Adriana, Angelina and Cindy in their primes could overwhelm me with their stunningness when they were looking their best.

I think she looks gorgeous. And when she got the right make-up, her strong, unusual features really popped. Nowadays her face is more bloated, but she still has her strong facial features so when she looks her best she still pops and make most other women fade by comparison.

I agree about Angelina, she is absolutely stunning.. even now. I disagree about Adriana and Cindy though. Adriana is pretty but plain pretty, not gorgeous. But I still love Adriana because of her sex appeal, her body was built for sex and she knows how to stare seductively and pose well.
And cindy crawford is so fucking overrated. she was never ever pretty. She looks like a slightly better looking version of Alessandra Ambrosio, but they are both manly and i fucking hate their low eyebrows.

Without make-up, sure. She's definitely more plain than Jolie. But when she really pops, she REALLY pops. Her seductiveness could be insane at times, and she had that tall figure which made her look like a goddess on the runway. And I agree about Alessandra being a weak Cindy. But when Cindy looked her best, she looked unreal IMO.

well adrianas pic that you posted is with makeup, so it doesnt count. the kate pic without makeup shows that her characteristics are flawless and the same before and after the makeup and photoshop stuff. i really like this no makeup candid. but when it comes to adriana the before and after is not the same. her lips are thin and not like in vs catalogue, her boods are small and not like in vs catalogue, small eyes, bigger nose, fat cheeks. i dont like that, if you like it - thats fine.

Adriana is not wearing much makeup in that picture, if she's wearing any that is. Not more than Kate is in this Bastardly post. Adriana's lips are thin only when she's stretching them, e.g. smiling, which means her lips are natural and not filled with collagen.

Kate Beckinsale looks like crap in that no makeup photo I posted but I would never judge her on that picture. Everyone has bad pictures. Thing is, even when Kate is looking her best, in her movies with professional make-up artists, she rarely amounts to looking spectacular. I think it's because her features are not very exaggerated. She can look very good, but she doesn't blow me away. She's too "by the book" for me. I think she has a better face shape than Adriana has nowadays, but as you know, I'm also mostly big on Adriana as she looked in her prime. And Adriana can still look fantastic. She just needs to take care of herself and dress properly and watch her weight. She has a natural inclination towards chubbiness and that's her biggest enemy.
