Any idiot could see that that's not cellulite. Everyone has that when they are running. It's skin in motion, even the skinniest and tightest/fittest people have that, I've seen pictures of Maria Sharapova and other young in in-shape tennis players where their skin looks like that. I'm a man and even I have that and I am in good shape and men do not get cellulite! Fergie has an ugly face but her body is undeniably hot and very very fit. People are such idiots sometimes trying to make a big deal out of every little stupid thing.

yeah, that's not cellulite. it's just flesh, even fit flesh ain't always pretty lol. I've seen runners who were moving so fast that their abs photographed looking flabby.
