I'm sorry, but Penelope is WAY hotter than this little chica. This one has no boobs & she looks like a fish that needs to be scaled. Totally unimpressed....

Penelope is better looking, but that's not saying much. She needs a new hairdo. This square one makes her look kind of Frankenstein-ish.
