Clothes are very important and I think heels rule. It's related to the whole foot issue. I think Sophia Bush is gorgeous, but I think the fact that she is one of the best dressed women in Hollywood makes her a 10.

Skin color is not important, but nice skin shows a woman is heathly and takes care of herself.
