Eva Longoria opens Tex-Mex restaurant
The Tex-Mex restaurant Longoria will run with top chef Todd English features recipes from the Longoria family cookbook - including her own famous guacamole.
She says, "I make the best guacamole in the world. And my tortilla soup, for which I am renowned for."
And Longoria admits she's always on the look out for new recipe ideas: "I'll go to a restaurant and if I have an amazing dish I'll go to the kitchen and ask the chef how he made it. And then I'll make him teach me." Source
