Kate Beckinsale says she still feels ugly.
The 'Pearl Harbor' actress - who is regularly voted one of the most beautiful women in the world - claims she was unattractive in her teenage years and hasn't managed to shed her insecurities.
She said: "I was monumentally ugly until I was about 15 so I still have that mindset."
This is not the first time Kate has spoken out about her looks.
The 'Underworld' star - who is married to director Len Wiseman - says she was so concerned about her attractiveness while growing up, she convinced herself no boy would ever be interested in her.
She added: "I grew up feeling and looking like an ugly duckling and that was such a huge part of my self-image. I could not even accept boys paying me attention." [Monster & Critics]

well, i went through the same thing during my teen years cuz i was uglay!...some people get really hideous during their adolescence years, which sucks cuz thats when you want to feel pretty and get boys' attention the most.
I'm the opposite. I used to be a young, nubile tang magnet and now I look like I should be sitting in the audience for a Price Is Right taping.

Not everyone is a narcissist. Just cause the world thought Jodey Sweeten was a cute little kid didn't keep her from hitting the pipe.
It is possible and often is the case the beautiful people don't realize how gorgeous they are preceived by the public.
I think she looks in the mirror and see's imperfections. Although apparently she does think her best feature is down below. If that is the case, I think I know what Vincent Vega was hiding in that case.
