I went downhill, but it was years ago. I have not surfed, but would love to try. The ocean is about two and a half hours away from my house, which is nice. I'm not trying to rub it in.

You're lucky. I wish I were close to the ocean now. I used to live in Santa Barbara, CA, really close to the beach and it was great except that everything was so expensive I lived in the crappiest apartment ever. It was okay though because I just spent all of my time working or at the beach anyway.

ACE - I have a question I have been meaning to ask you. I have been thinking for several months about making my hair darker. It's naturally a lighter brown with some blond highlights but there are a lot of highlights right now so it looks more blond and I am getting sick of it. What do you think? Hallery - you are such a sweet girl and I can only be honest with you. When we first met you asked if I was married and I dodged the question. The answer is yes and I hope we can continue to be friends. If you do not want to continue our relationship (I'm not really sure how to define it), I would completely understand, but would be heart broken. You deserve so much and to be with someone who can give you everything you want and need. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm the guy who can do that for you and you have no idea how much that upsets me.
