Ziyi Zhang takes first place. She is beautiful and talented. Plus, she looks like a really sweet person. She doesn't go out of her way to shock people so she sticks out. Rather, she lets her talent do the speaking. She probably enjoy conversations and such and is probably well learned. She wills hands down.
Kelly Hu takes second. I really don't know that much about her and well, her role in the Scorpion King and her minute role In 2 Fast 2 Furious, which should have been sent sent straight to video in my opinion, were not exactly the best Litmus tests by which to judge her worth as an actress.
Bai Ling....there is not one redeeming quality about her except she isn't mentioned much by the mainstream media. Damn, I wouldn't touch her with a fifty foot pole because the hole of it would need to be sterilized. She probably has an STD collection to rival that of most laboratories. Plus she's a total slut with no self respect or dignity.
