I'm not convinced the before is her. You can tell though that she's had her lips done. there's been pics floating around with her where her lips are all puffy and scabby from the collagen needle.

Those 2 pics look nothing like her cleary some digital editing has been done to make this little before and after. She is just stunning and certain ppl feel the need to bring those with such good looks down. If anyone has had collegan needles its Adriaina Lima I've seen very real looking pics of her with smaller lips then bigger. Not like these fake ones here. Jessica is amazing someone with a true singing talent. Those leaving msgs on this site saying other wise just get over the fact that you don't have all the success she has.

This is only my opinion but I think that after comparing photos of Jessica Simpsons nose when her first album cam out to now, I believe that she has had a rhinoplasty. After seeing her lips on Newlyweds, and other mags, I think that she just got her lips injected. I agree with Moose though, she does look like Anna Nicole in the second pic. I don't know what she's trying to do...make herself look like a pornstar...with that manly jaw, lips, and heavy makeup she's getting pretty dang close!

Okay, to me it looks like the editor of this magazine purposely put a pic of her when she was in the middle of saying something...so her lips aren't fully exposed. Who cares if she got her lips injected to look bigger...people tend to do drastic things after having a bad break up, such as changing their appearrance. I like her, Im not gonna lie...and some of you people can bitch about her all you want, but damn...she's obviously doing something right if she makes millions every month just by being herself...not so many people can say that these days, now can they??

Making millions by being herself? Remember that whole Chicken of the Sea remark she made? One more thing....I do agree that the first photo with her "before" lips appears to have been taken as she was trying to say something BUT I still say those "after" lips are outrageous! Being herself would have been keeping her lips the way they were! There was nothing wrong with them! This may seem cynical, but she could have given the money she used to get those lips done to a kid with a cleft lip....so much for Operation Smile.
