Well, my sister was watching Disney Channel and a Hilary Duff video was on, so I sat down and watched. I think she may have gotten her cheeks done (for the worse, I might add). I'm looking at a few photos from the Hillary Duff fan site, and I don't know that the teeth are that much larger than before. As large as her teeth were, I don't know that you could make them any smaller than they came out. On the other hand, her face looks much longer and more drawn than before. I'm sure that the weight loss has thrown her face out of preportion. She looks a lot more like her sister, and I always thought Hil was the preaty one. I know that Hilton and others have been pushing the Auchwitz look, and I was sorry to see Lohan follow the trail, but it kills me to see Hillary lose her self like this. The harsh look is no way to show that you aren't a kid anymore.

From experience, I know that the patient most often wants their teeth whiter and longer than they should be simply because they are paying for cosmetic changes and more seems better.
