Hilary Duff Gallops Onto TRL

Don't ask me what a 'horse bell' is b/c I have no idea where that came from...
What did she do? Who knows. The last time I can remember watching TRL was when Liam Gallagher was on all drunk or stoned & he bullshitted his way through the entire thing. I loved it for two particular reasons. Firstly, Liam is the fucking man. And secondly, he made Carson Daly look like a complete fool on national television. It was classic, I tell you.
Ok, I digress. My apologies. Let's get back to the teeth---I mean Hilary. So yeah, Hilary & pearly slabs were on TRL slobbering all over teenagers & that poor, poor microphone. I wonder what they did w/ that thing after she was finished nibbling on it for 20 mins?
