Look out for Kerron Stewart and Shelly-Ann Fraser in the 100m women and Veronica Campbell in the 200m. I have a feeling this is going to be the best Olympics for JA. We have an absolutely amazing set of athletes this year. Its all about the yam, cassava and cormeal dumplings!

Thanks!!! Merlene is still running but for Slovena now. She barely missed the olympic qualifying time. She's 48 now but still running strong.

We were looking for gold AND silver in the 100m but Asafa Powell placed 5th :( Tyson Gaye was out in the semi-finals tho. hehehee.

It was pandemonium here. We got our pot covers and made a lot of noise.
More gold medals to come. (Its the Jamaican yam...Thats our secret shhhhh!)
