I don't think J-Lo is horribly out of shape. She could easily tone her body up more, and of course it would be lovely to see that, but she's not out of shape. I've seen worse.
Then again, I've seen better. The truth is, if you go to your local gym, you will see hotter girls on a daily basis compared to ANY celebrity out there, and I mean that.
But I will say this:
I think it's fascinating that that people are arguing over her shape as if there's no happy medium between obese chicks and anorexic chicks.
I don't sleep with fat women, but I also don't sleep with skinny women who I could break in half. There IS something in between. There is such a thing as a strong, healthy, cut body, with muscle tone and little fat, and that is my favourite type of body on a woman. And the wonderful thing is, it is achievable for everyone.
Also, this doesn't need to be a race issue. I work in the fitness field and will tell you I've seen my share of fat whites, fat blacks, fat asians, fat latinas, and fat middle easterners. As well as skinny whites, skinny blacks, skinny asians, skinny latinas, skinny middle-easterners.
Fatness knows no race. Some races, as a general rule, may differentiate in their average height and frame, but rarely is it an extreme.
