I have over 20 pairs of heels and all of them are either 4 inch or 5 inch. When I wear my 4 inch heels, i'm 5'11'' 1/2. When I wear my 5 inch heels, I'm 6'0'' 1/2.
So if Adriana Lima was wearing heels and that man claims she was "at least 6 feet tall", that means her and I should be around the same height since when I wear heels i'm "at least 6 feet tall".
Also, it's not as if that man measured her. There's no way for him to know for sure if she was 5'11'' or 6'2''. So 5'11'' or 6'2''--Either way, that's tall, and what he meant is that she was TALL. My friend who is 5'10'' gets comments all the time from people saying "wow, what are you, 6 feet??!" and she doesn't wear heels.
