As for that height issue. Look at the last picture I posted #29, you can clearly see them wearing the same heels. In the second last picture, they're standing right next to each other wearing those heels and Gisele doesn't look 2 inches taller at all.
Karolina is 5'11", Gisele is 5'10½", Adriana is 5'10", Heidi and Alessandra are 5'9"
