Alessandra has limbs just as thin as plenty of other women who are labeled anorexic, but she has a larger frame (and a deep tan), so she doesn't come across as fraile. The only curves she has are push up bras and artful body movement. She looks hot, because she is looks extremely sexually available (gaze, artful posing, trouseled hair, well-oiled skin), but I would not call her pretty or beautiful. She is just incredibly photogenic.
