She's adorable, but a little plain. I wouldn't say sexy.
The outfit would be hot, if it wasn't for that white surgeon vest. And if those are one of those super pointy flat boots, then they do suck big time. Not sexy nor cute. But if they're on a heel, I'd be more acceptable.
