I don't mind fake boobs so much as long as they look nice. It is possible for them to look natural-ish if you pay enough and go to the right doctor. Most girls I see around here (in the Midwest) that get implants look like they have grapefruit halves stuck to their chests and I agree that that is disgusting.
If I ever decided to get them (which is unlikely), I would make sure I did the research on the doctor and went to the best. Plastic surgery is probably one of the worst things you can try and save a few bucks on...
