Giada has a fake Italian accent??? You obviously does not know much about her. She was born in Rome. Her grandfather is the famous Italian Director Dino de Laurentiis. Her mother is Italian speaking, as well.. their whole family. So she's not fake. Her accent might become a bit muddled due to her growing up in the U.S., but she is not fake at all! As for Rachel, she is young, fun and very down-to-earth and her recipes very much reflect her. Her recipes are more for tired working women and college students, while Giada's is more for that special occasion, if-you-have-more-time-to-cook type! They both are wonderful people so quit criticizing them like they're some playboy models!
