Ummm whoever said she used to have small flat breasts, they were never small, it's just their shape was very much tear drop rather than round so in tops they look smaller than what they are but she has laways had a good amount of breast tissue...she has those stickers that do a boob lift ...trust me I have seen the effect on my friend who has the same breasts...bottom line, they were never saggy, its just their natural shape...at least she has breasts to grab rather than bein a perky A with nothing to hold on to
