Is it just me or does she look fat even though she's not?

She has the strangest fucking body i've ever seen. Her head is too big for her body, her torso is too long, her arms are freakishly short, and she has NO hips or ass.
Also, she's not fat but she gains weight in the strangest way. Her arms are fat, her thighs are big, etc.... She's just strangely proportioned.
