The photo has been retouched so there isn't going to be a camel-toe.

As a homework exercise, if you can find them, take a look at unretouched photos of all of these supermodels from Adriana to Alessandra to Marisa to Ana to Giselle, etc. They have a ton of imperfections from spider veins to moles to cellulite to stretch marks to unsightly hair, etc. Victoria's Secret catalogs are completely retouched to create cleavage when there isn't, slim waist lines and thighs, and remove wrinkles. I've seen some butchering where the retoucher erased the entire belly-button. It's even gotten to a point where some of the paparazzi photos are being retouched prior to being distributed online via Wireimage. They're easy to spot because the skin tone looks too perfect so it has that airbrushed feel.

Even so, Marisa is still hot and I'd certainly like to play connect the dots with her moles while making a map of Hawaii on her ass.
