how old are you, dude? just cuz someone used to have big boobs doesnt mean they can't and won't get a boob job...people get them for different reasons...some get them cuz they are flat or small in that area...some get them for perkiness if their original boobs were like saggy orangutan tits...she probably did have them big but they sagged so she got them filled with silicons. I suggest you look at before and after pix of breast augmentation pix...you'd be less naive haha
