BlueEyeAngel...in order to lose weight (for good) you have to start eating correctly, not "start not eating at all", that´s the biggest mistake someone who is trying to lose weight can make. Lots of vegetables, fruits, protein and yes, some carb (specially whole grains). Add cardio exercises and weight training and you´ll be fine.
