Real grown-up life calling. This is her down time. She can wear what she likes, look the way she wants, and weigh as much as she likes. If she ever is, she's beholden to look glamorous only for whatever project she's working on that it would be relevant to do so, and premiers and the like.
Wearing no makeup and keeping the hair back lets her pores breath. It must be working because she's still beautiful and looks (naturally, not grotesquely) teenlike.
As for the hyperbolic "no talent" comment, most discerning folk know she has plenty. Her easygoing manner makes what she does look easy. Folks who think otherwise, however capable they are in other areas tend to be the sort that think, for example, that Amanda Seyfried who gave a clever perfomance as vapid Karen Smith in "Mean Girls", must be an airhead as well.
The one thing I can agree with is the comment "Enough with this chick". Yes, you should leave her alone.
