Busey is a wacko and he's lucky she didn't deck him. I've slapped a guy during Mardi Gras in the French Quarter for putting his hands on me. I think he was a little over-excited (and/or high) and didn't mean to do what he did. I wouldn't say he "molested" her, but he really should have kept his hands and mouth to himself. He's always been a very excitable, eccentric dude even before his accident. Still in all, he should learn to control himself.
