Sadly, this dress doesn't highlight any of Heidi's milfiliciously hot features: long legs, slender bod, and perfect mini-rack. Her body needs to permanently be in a short, tight dress.
From a slutty fashion standpoint, the Oscars are always a huge disappointment, so don't expect too much...

IMO the dress design is good
But it would have been better in a green, blue, or purple.
