I think it's the dark eye shadow and outdated lipstick that makes her look so aged. I agree she looks older because of all her days in the sun, but if she toned down the dark eye make-up and wore a more flattering lipgloss, it would definitely help her look closer to her age. And the hairstyle is a little too soccer-mom; something softer or even a pretty ponytail would've been a better choice.
