If you eat small portions 5 times a day instaed of 3 big meals it helps with weight loss coz eating small portions makes your metabolism faster. Obviously it depends on what you eat.

I can't choose from Naked and solid Lokiman. Naked was more nicer and sensitive than Solid and he had a beard but he turned into a baddie and the graphics in snake eater were really good so he looked a lot better. I hated Solid for killing him. Solid i like because he's grumpier and nasty and really moody but he was a 'goodie' and the first MGS graphics were crap, twin snakes was OK but it wasn't that good. MGS2 had that nancy boy Raiden in it most of the time and MGS4 graphics are excellent but Solid has aged rapidly.
So I really don't know who i like. i like em both. i want both. Father and son.
I've only played MGS and the rest I'm watching on Youtube coz i don't have a playstation 2. I feel bad for Naked Snake. The shit he went through. I even watched Portable Ops and you can see why he goes to the other side in the end. It wasn't really his fault. I'm getting emotional here.
