Mia Kirshner (born January 25, 1975) is a Canadian actress who works in movies and television series.
In 2006, she starred in Brian De Palma's movie The Black Dahlia, alongside Josh Hartnett, Aaron Eckhart, Scarlett Johansson and Hilary Swank. Kirshner plays a young actress, Elizabeth Short, who was horrifically murdered in 1947. Kirshner has portrayed Jenny Schecter on the hit Showtime series, The L Word since the show began in 2004. She will reprise her role in season five, premiering on Showtime on January 6, 2008. [Wiki]

She could use exfoliating, a good night's sleep, but definitely gorgeous otherwise. Her character's romance with Karina Lombard was the sole reason I became obsessed with the L Word.

Oh, well. She was hot in 1994. Check her out as a stripper in Exotica. And she gave one of the best performances of 2006 in the Black Dahlia. That's what the whole movie should have been, just those screen tests.
