All of the girls in VS are beautiful! You pretty much have to be a goddess to get a job w/ VS! I used to model and if you guys only knew how hard it is to get signed with a decent agency, you would start having more respect and stop cutting these girls down so much. Marisa and Ale's agency, Elite was interested in me but then deiced not to sign me because I am only 5'7".
They are all really great models in their own ways and it's harder than it looks!

@7 if you are under 18 don't quit, Marissa is not quit 5'7", and Anouck and Kate, and Ruslana are all under 5'6". Yes it is much harder for a girl under 5'9" but check out other reputable agencies, sometimes they have a vacancy on their board for a certain look. Also work on your skills of posing, being charismatic, etc., look at Kate, you don't think its her looks do you?

PS: Most stats are a lie, any girl under 5'9" gets rounded up, any girl over 5'11" gets rounded down, thats just the way it is. I have seen girls rounded up or down 4 inches.

Thanks for the advice. Maybe I will send my pics in again. Last time, they had me go to NY for an interview and told me that they were hoping I'd grow taller. Unfortunately, that is not going to be happening. Damn my short mother! JK! :-)

It's sad if the modeling agencies only allow a small number of exceptions to their height and weight ideals. Enforcing those criteria is just an excuse for mediocre talent scouting abilities and laziness to filter out the true losers from winners. If you go the NYC, maybe the real money is probably is in selling high end real estate selling or working for investment houses. Then you could open your own agency eventually.

Marisa Miller is gorgeous. Beauty is certainly is the eye of the beholder. However, I feel that people need to take a check in the mirror before saying preposterous comments like her face is fucked up, her torso looks weird, or that she is ugly. That is far from the truth.

I had my height tooken at the doctors a couple days ago I'm 5'8. Then when I was visiting my cousin in L.A. I happened to see Alessandra Ambrosio and i asked to take a picture with her when she didnt look like she was busy. She had flipflops on, so did I. I wasnt paying much attention to her height until I got the picture back from walgreens and she's the same height as me! I always thought she was 5'10 like they say, but i think shes only 5'8. But she's very nice and beautiful, but they exxagerate a little on height.
