Adrianne Palicki (b. May 6, 1983, Toledo, Ohio) is an American actress who currently stars as "Tyra Collette" on the NBC television series Friday Night Lights.
She appeared in the Aquaman-based WB pilot Mercy Reef as an evil siren, but the pilot was not picked up for series by the CW network, a result of The WB and UPN network merger, which occurred while the pilot was being filmed.
Other television credits include Smallville as Kara in the season 3 finale ("Covenant"). Palicki also starred in Supernatural as "Jessica Moore", Sam Winchester's doomed girlfriend, killed by a demon, in its pilot episode. The character reappears in the Supernatural season 2 episode, "What is and What Never Should Be". [Wiki]

Adrianne didn't actually "do" UK's FHM magazine though...
Rather this is a photo from a shoot done 3 or 4 years ago by Frederic Reshew , appearing in Complex magazine talking about her appearance as Kara in the tv show "Smallville"'s 3rd season finale episode, "Covenant".
FHM merely purchase the photo recently, Adrianne did not pose for the mag.
If you look closely (no, not there! ;) lol) you'll notice she lacks all the tattoos that she's accumulated over the past 4 years.

meh, 1 pic doesnt do anything for me to be able to judge how hot a chick/guy is... like you know how you see a really hot pic of a guy/girl as their profile default pic but once you hit "more pix", it is BAM!
