She was also Miss Germany and Miss Intercontinental and represented her country at Miss Universe. She is best known for her short marriage with producer and former Modern Talking singer Dieter Bohlen in 1996.

Ugh, this is a really unfortunate photograph of Mrs. Pooth! I've seen her much prettier.
And why is it that the only thing that comes up to an American's mind when he hears the word "German" is Nazi?!

German does not equal Nazi - all I was alluding to is that there was a migration of Nazis to South America after the war, and the last thing you think of when you say "Bolivia" is some master-race looking German kid whose family has lived in Bolivia for decades. That is all.

Her background is kind of crazy... Bolivian? German? .. there must have been some mad Nazi action out there back in the day. I knew this Aryan-looking kid at school with a full blown German name (both first and last) - and then he floors me when he speaks to me in perfect Spanish... turns out he was an international student from Bolivia...
