Well I have natural 34D's and they are perkier than some C and B cups. The meat actually keeps them plump. I've seen a lot of girls with small breasts and their nipples hang at the bottom of their boobs. Some girls don't know how to take care of their boobs that's why they sag a lot. I wear a bra even when I sleep, and never work out without a sportsbra..I also moisturize my skin regularly to prevent skin from stretching, this is what causes sagging.
